By accessing or using ZingiLab (zingilab.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ZingiLab is an etymology-powered English vocabulary learning platform with AI-assisted IELTS exam preparation. The service includes word etymology visualization, vocabulary flashcards, spaced repetition, and AI-powered practice for IELTS Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZingiLab. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may sign in using Google OAuth or email credentials.

4. Subscription & Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and Stripe's policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Etymology data sourced from Wiktionary is used under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 (CC BY-SA 3.0) license. AI-generated content is produced by large language models and provided for educational purposes. ZingiLab's original software, design, and branding are our intellectual property.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content, including IELTS scores and feedback, is provided for educational reference only and may contain inaccuracies. IELTS band scores are indicative estimates and do not represent official Cambridge/British Council/IDP scores. IELTS is a registered trademark of Cambridge Assessment English, the British Council, and IDP Education. ZingiLab is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, circumventing rate limits, submitting harmful content, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZingiLab is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ZingiLab after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
